Our yogurt starters (e.g., Bulgarian Kiselo Mlyako) come with simple instructions. Typically, you mix the starter with warm milk (about 110°F/43°C), keep it in a warm place (like a yogurt maker or wrapped in a blanket) for 6–12 hours, and let it ferment. We offer two shipping options: - Standard Postage: Includes tracking for a $3.00 fee per order. Add the “Tracking Number Add-On” product to your cart to select this option, and we’ll provide the tracking details via eCrater’s messaging system after shipping. - Economy Postage: Free shipping with no tracking, included by default on all orders.

Shipping times depend on your location: • USA/Canada: 10–30 business days • Europe: 5–20 business days • Other Regions: 10–35 business days Note: Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or postal delays. We are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility upon receiving the order.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. For Standard Postage orders with tracking, we’ll assist by filing a claim with the carrier. For Economy Postage orders without tracking, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue, but we’re not responsible for carrier losses. Note that we’re not liable for issues due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer or carrier delays beyond our control.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a money-back refund. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns due to buyer preference (e.g., if you change your mind), provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item. No restocking fee applies to defective items or seller errors (e.g., wrong item shipped). Please contact us before returning.

Due to their perishable nature, yogurt starters and similar items (e.g., bee pollen) cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please check your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if there’s an issue.
